NOTICE of COUNTY CANVASS DATE
In compliance with the provisions of K.S.A. 25-3104, notice is hereby given that the official Canvass of the 2025 USD 303 School Bond Election for Ness County will be Monday, May 12, 2025. The canvass will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Room, Ness County Courthouse, 202 W. Sycamore, Ness City, Kansas.

NOTICE FOR CLOSING OF REGISTRATIONBOOKS FOR NESS COUNTY BEFORE USD 303 SCHOOL BOND ELECTION ON MAY 6th,2025
Pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A 25-2311, notice is hereby given that Ness County registration books will be closed April 15th, 2025 at the close of regular business hours, and will remain closed until May 7th, 2025, the day after the School Bond Election.
Prior to the closing of the registration books you may register at the County Clerk’s Office, or by mail upon request and proof of eligibility.
