    How to Apply?
    How do I Apply?
You can now use an online WIC Pre-application tool to get started on applying for WIC services. A Local WIC agency will contact you to set up an appointment. If you are transferring to Kansas WIC from another state, please do not fill out the online pre-application. Instead, please call the office so that we can connect you with your local agency.  At the appointment, there will be a brief review of foods you eat, medical history, and current health status to determine the medical or nutritional need. If you or your child is found eligible for WIC benefits, the appointment will also include nutrition education.
