NOTICE OF ELECTION
CITY/SCHOOL/MISCELLANEOUS DISTRICTS
Pursuant to the provision of K.S.A. 25-2018(b,) notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held on November 4, 2025. If necessary, a Primary Election will be held on August 5, 2025, to fill positions listed on the Board of Education for the following districts, City Mayor and Council Members:
USD #106
District 1, Position 1
District 2, Position 3
District 2, Position 5
At large, Position 7
USD #303
At Large – 4 Positions
School Candidates shall file for such offices with the County Clerk of Ness County. Every filing shall be made by noon, Monday, June 2, 2025. Each filing shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $20.00 to the county election officer of the county in which the district is located or by a signed petition of qualified electors of the candidate’s member district. No candidate shall be permitted to withdraw his or her candidacy after the last date provided by law for such candidacy.

City of Ness City

City of Ransom
