Ness County Appraiser's Office

Responsibilities include measuring, classifying, gathering data for real estate, assisting the general public on both personal property and real estate.  Proficiencies desired: general computer experience, general knowledge of mathematics, attention to detail, and operation of basic office equipment.  Must be able to work in the office and out in the field walking in all types of weather.  Applicant must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and a valid driver's license.
